Infrared Sauna Treatment

You will be surprised at the noticeable effects on pain relief, weight control, skin stimulation, and stress reduction due to an increased blood circulation when using this treatment. Great way to relax after a hard day at work, or after gym, or a day of gardening. Close your eyes drift away while you enjoy your favorite tunes (radio installed). Body Wraps
Wraps have wonderful health benefits. This treatment you’re slathered with a body mask made of algae, seaweed, mud, or clay, then wrapped in warmth for 20 minutes. Mask is massaged off with warm clothes. Finishing with an application of organic lotion.
Volcanic Mud Mask
We use a volcanic ash mineral clay for this treatments. For an all over firmer, tighter, smoother looking skin surface. The mask is applied and left to dry for 5 minutes. Your medical aesthetician will start with your back, the backs of your arms, and the backs of your legs and feet. Then massaged off with warm clothes and you will turn over for the 2nd application. Finishing with an application of lotion.
Salt or Sugar Scrubs
You will start face-down on a massage table covered with a towel and/or sheet. The medical aesthetician will start by gently rubbing the exfoliant on your back, the backs of your arms, and the backs of your legs and feet. You are draped with a towel or sheet, so only the part she is working on is exposed. Then you turn over and she does the other side. The exfoliant will be massaged off with warm wet towels. Finishing with an application of lotion.
